With every step in this serene atmosphere, the anticipation of discovering hidden gem restaurants grows. This restaurant is tucked away in a narrow alley, making it really hard to find, but that only adds to the feeling of discovering a hidden treasure. With just a small sign, it was hard to guess what kind of restaurant this was

 

 

When you enter the alley, there is no separate entrance to the restaurant; the tables are laid out immediately. It feels like dining outdoors in a neighborhood, but the local atmosphere is actually quite charming. The tables and chairs are carefully arranged, allowing you to feel like a natural part of local life with a sense of comfort.

 

More than anything, the friendliness of the staff was the biggest charm of this place. From the first visit to the second, they always welcomed me with a smile and provided detailed explanations of the menu.

The dishes that made me return were the crispy spring rolls and the refreshing mango salad.

 

The spring rolls had a perfectly crispy texture, as if they were freshly fried, and were filled with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor in every bite.  The mango salad was a perfect combination of sweet mango and fresh vegetables, giving the feeling of summer unfolding in your mouth. As I ate, I could tell how much the restaurant cares about the freshness of its ingredients.

Another highlight of this place was the pho with its rich broth. The deep flavor of the rich broth filled my mouth with every bite, and the chewy texture of the noodles was unforgettable.

 

Not just the pho, but the fried rice, with its nutty aroma and perfectly separated grains, was also a must-try dish here.  Each grain of rice was cooked to perfection, spreading softly in my mouth, making it truly impressive. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in the fried rice.

 

This small restaurant, discovered in the alleys of Hoi An Old Town, ranked among the top places I visited during this trip. The first visit left such a strong impression on me that I ended up visiting twice during my stay in Hoi An. The freshness of the ingredients and the rich flavors that impressed me during my first visit were just as present the second time around. This restaurant, found in a small alley in Hoi An, remains a precious memory that made my trip to Hoi An even more special.
